1. Your Right to Cancel (UK Consumer Rights)

Under the UK’s Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling within this period.

2. Returns Conditions

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item was purchased in the last 30 days.
The item is in its original packaging.
The item is unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.
You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned:

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
Goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To return an item, please contact us via email at info@poundsland.uk with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your parcel.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Shipping Costs

Customer Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Faulty Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so we can arrange a free return or replacement.
